Here are simple refund policies.

1. Hosting and other ongoing subscription services:

WP Octane offers a no-hassle money-back guarantee for all subscription services. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of opening your account, and we cannot resolve your complaint, we will provide a full refund. 

After 30 days, we will provide a pro-rated refund of the time remaining on your current plan term.

2. Non-subscription services:

Because our non-subscription services are digital and by their nature non-returnable, we offer a refund up until your final approval of the work. We will not provide a refund or credit for any work once delivered.

Exceptions may be considered under limited circumstances and are at the sole discretion of WP Octane LLC.
